Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross in Reading is hiring a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for Sales, Category and Commercial teams. You will combine internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making across the UK business.

You will have strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with FMCG data, and a track record building reporting solutions that inform strategy. Hybrid working and competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field (2:1 minimum).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI with data modelling and dashboards.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG/retail data experience.
• Hands-on use of Circana, IQVIA, Nielsen or retailer datasets.
• Proven experience building reporting solutions for commercial organisations.
• Excellent communication across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop business performance reporting across sales, prescription, patient, retailer sales and stock data.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and commercial teams.
• Combine multiple data sources to answer complex commercial questions and provide bespoke analysis.
• Translate data into clear business recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity across externally sourced datasets (Circana and IQVIA).
• Drive automation and streamline reporting processes using emerging technologies.
• Train and support commercial stakeholders to maximise value of data.
