Qualifications

• Must have experience in FMCG, CPG or Retail.
• Hands-on leader with enterprise data analytics experience.
• Experience shaping enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape global strategy for data analytics, AI enablement, platforms and governance.
• Drive commercial value across planning, pricing, promotions and revenue growth.
• Scale capabilities for regional teams via shared platforms.
• Lead intelligent automation and responsible AI adoption.
• Oversee data governance, master data management, architecture and standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and technology partners.
• Personally lead selected strategic initiatives from problem to governance.
