Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Customer Information Security Manager to oversee all cybersecurity matters for customers and contractual obligations within the GIS Cyber Security unit. You will drive security governance, manage incidents, and mentor a professional security team to achieve higher maturity levels.

You will partner with account teams, support pre-sales activities, and ensure security plans align with customer needs while maintaining engagement with delivery teams across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in information/cyber security in an international context.
• University degree or comparable education.
• CIISec Skills Framework knowledge.
• Familiar with ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps.
• Understanding governance and risk management practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer information security across accounts and contracts.
• Engage stakeholders, ensure contractual security obligations are met.
• Manage security incidents and governance for customer programs.
• Lead and mentor security managers within the team.
• Support risk assessment and remediation actions with delivery units.
• Promote security maturity and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate security activities across multiple customers.
