Computacenter is seeking a senior Customer Solutions Architect - Managed Services to lead strategic campaigns, shape integrated service-led solutions, and align proposals with customer outcomes. Qualifications

10+ years IT industry experience in managed services.
Proven track record shaping multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
Strong knowledge across Workplace, Networking, Cloud and Data Centre.
Experience with pre-sales, bids and deal closure.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage early in new business, renewal and complex growth opportunities.
Shape campaign strategy with the opportunity owner to set service-led direction.
Translate customer priorities into a differentiated proposition.
Own the strategic solution narrative for executive stakeholders.
Articulate Managed Services strategy, vision and value to C-suite.
Coordinate with internal teams for guidance and governance.
