Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Information Security Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the firm’s ISRM program. You will oversee a portfolio of operational and transformational work, ensuring governance, execution, and measurable business value across a global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs or portfolios in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk, or related function.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives balancing operational priorities with strategic transformation.
• Strong program and project management expertise including governance, financial management, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience developing performance metrics, executive dashboards, and monthly reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging tools and digital technologies to streamline program delivery and reporting.
• Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across technical and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to translate complex information for executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certification and knowledge of Information Security or Cybersec are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance, portfolio planning, financial oversight, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish and improve operational processes, frameworks, and standards for Information Security program delivery.
• Lead complex Information Security programs from planning through execution with delivery against priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Information Security, Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, and IT to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and resource planning amid changing priorities.
• Prepare and present monthly program reports and executive dashboards with clear insights into performance and milestones.
• Define and track program metrics and dashboards to show visibility into delivery and impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and embed scalable working methods across Information Security.
