Job summary

GISI Consulting Group, in partnership with Palladium, seeks a Manager, Cybersecurity to strengthen maturity of OPCOs and drive security improvements worldwide. You will advise local teams, perform maturity assessments, and lead remediation efforts while aligning with global security standards.

Based remotely in the UK, you will collaborate with ICT Security and Compliance teams to implement controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of ICT experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, improve, and monitor cybersecurity maturity across OPCOs.
• Identify regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop remediation roadmaps and action plans to address gaps.
• Support OPCOs in implementing security controls and procedures.
• Provide guidance on governance, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Develop SOPs and checklists to standardize best practices.
