Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Credit Control Business Partner for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will maximise cash collection, reduce overdue debt and improve order-to-cash processes by partnering with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams.

Your role focuses on resolving disputes, driving root-cause analysis and ensuring compliance with credit policies while supporting broader finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience partnering with Operational, Commercial and Finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence senior managers and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Credit Control Business Partner for allocated units with key stakeholders.
• Resolve invoice disputes and billing queries quickly to minimise delays.
• Identify root causes of disputes and implement preventative actions.
• Challenge delays impacting cash collection and ensure clear ownership for resolutions.
• Attend debt review meetings and monitor actions and progress.
• Support cash collection targets, DSO objectives and working capital improvements.
