Amida Consulting Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to lead and grow the firm’s Corporate offering across the region.

You will work with the leadership team to shape strategy, develop client relationships, take ownership of matters and progress toward a Director-level position, with hybrid and flexible working.

Qualified to practise as a solicitor in England & Wales with UK corporate experience is essential; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practise as a Solicitor in England & Wales with UK corporate experience.
• Experience leading a Corporate practice or team is desirable.
• Ambition to take ownership and drive growth within a growing firm.

Responsabilités

• Shape the strategic direction of the Corporate department.
• Build and develop a client base and relationships across the region.
• Take ownership of high-quality Corporate matters including M&A and commercial work.
• Develop the team over time and progress toward a Director-level position.
