Amida Group is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to lead and grow its Corporate practice across multiple offices in the UK. The role offers hybrid working and the autonomy to shape the department under an ambitious Director team.

You will work with the leadership to expand the client base, secure high‑quality corporate matters, and progress toward a Director‑level position within a long‑standing firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practise as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Corporate law experience gained in the UK
• Ability to lead and grow a Corporate department

Responsabilités

• Shape the strategic direction of the Corporate department
• Build and develop a team over time (if desired)
• Develop new and existing client relationships
• Take ownership of high‑quality Corporate matters
• Help influence the wider direction and future growth of the firm
• Progress towards a Director‑level position
