• 2–5 years PQE experience (England and Wales)
• Live within commutable distance to Cheltenham
• Think commercially and pragmatically

Responsabilités

• Work on acquisitions and disposals, including shareholders agreements
• Advising clients on corporate governance, structuring, and transactional matters
• Draft and negotiate the full suite of transactional documents and commercial contracts
