VANRATH is working with a highly regarded professional services firm in Belfast to recruit a Manager into its Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Forensic Accounting team. You will handle a varied advisory portfolio across Northern Ireland and the UK, building client relationships and developing your career in a supportive environment.

The role offers exposure to insolvency, valuations, financial due diligence and transactions, with the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and work closely

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant ACA or ACCA with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in restructuring, corporate insolvency, corporate finance, valuations, financial due diligence or forensic accounting.
• Strong report-writing skills and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive approach to managing assignments, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Commercial mindset and willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a close-knit team.
• Positive, approachable personality and collaborative working style.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate finance, restructuring, insolvency and advisory assignments.
• Prepare high-quality reports with clear, commercially relevant analysis and recommendations.
• Undertake detailed financial analysis, investigations and reviews with accuracy.
• Contribute to valuations, financial due diligence and forensic accounting projects.
• Support insolvency and restructuring engagements, guiding clients through complex challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers.
• Take ownership of assignments, manage deadlines and deliver work to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and the wider advisory team.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
