Job summary

We. Communications in London seeks an ambitious Corporate Communications Director to lead senior client programmes, embody strategic judgment and drive growth across UK and international markets.

You will shape messaging, oversee reputation initiatives and manage multi-market accounts within a collaborative, results‑driven culture. You will advise senior leaders, navigate complex reputational situations and contribute to new business pitches, while mentoring teams and scaling our Corporate

Qualifications

• Significant agency experience in Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and/or reputation management.
• Strong expertise in corporate reputation, executive communications and issues management.
• Excellent strategic judgement and the confidence to counsel senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of the UK corporate media landscape and earned media strategy experience.
• Experience leading retained accounts and integrated programmes; winning new business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, confident strategic counsel to senior clients on reputation and communications challenges.
• Lead development of corporate reputation strategies, messaging and programmes.
• Manage key UK and international accounts and nurture senior client relationships.
• Grow client portfolios through identifying opportunities and leading pitches.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues within the Corporate team.
