Job summary

Lewis in London is seeking a Campaign Director to lead senior UK and EMEA accounts, driving consistent service, growth and profitability while championing a collaborative culture. You will support new business across the network by shaping multi-market credentials, RFIs and pitches, and forging strong relationships across EMEA to expand client capabilities.

Qualifications

• Involvement in developing accounts and growing existing clients
• Experience working in fast paced, international environment with regional teams
• Agency experience integrating PR with digital marketing and content creation
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budget and deliver results
• Track record of handling complex stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compelling presenter
• Knowledge of international business media landscape and digital platforms
• Ability to problem-solve, manage projects and multi-task
• Integrity, humility, self-drive/initiative

Responsibilities

• Day to day leadership of account teams, overseeing integrated programmes and campaigns
• Overseeing client programmes and driving creative campaigns
• Counselling clients on strategic communications including PR, digital and content
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing clients and prospects
• Forecasting, hours allocation, project budgeting and servicing levels
• Developing junior team members and line management duties
• Working on credentials and pitches with strategic insight and messaging
• Be a collaborative, encouraging member of the London team
