Job summary

Sage is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications in the UK to lead the integrated corporate and reputation communications strategy. You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to build confidence in Sage’s direction, performance and transformation across colleagues, media, investors and other influential stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week from Newcastle or London. You’ll provide senior counsel on strategic decisions, lead proactive corporate and financial

• Proven ability to communicate complex strategy clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading corporate and financial communications in a large, complex org.
• Strong leadership with track record of managing senior-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Sage's integrated corporate narrative for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise senior leaders on significant business decisions and high-profile moments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand & Corporate Affairs, People, Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and Strategy.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary communications team, using data to drive decisions.
