Job summary

Team LEWIS, a fast-moving independent global agency, seeks an Account Director – Corporate Communications to lead UK and EMEA accounts, drive client retention and revenue growth, and apply an entrepreneurial spirit to scale our client relationships. You will lead cross-market credentials, RFIs and pitches, and foster strong London-based leadership and development for our people.

The role requires experience in corporate communications with a track record of client growth and multi-market

Responsibilities

• Lead account teams daily; oversee integrated programmes and multi-market campaigns.
• Oversee client programmes and drive creative campaigns.
• Counsel clients on strategic communications, PR, digital and content.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and new prospects.
• Support forecasting, hours allocation, budgeting, and service levels.
• Develop junior staff and provide line management.
• Develop credentials and pitches with strategic insight and messaging.
• Be a collaborative and supportive member of the London team.
