• Proven experience of managing a broad customer portfolio in a relationship-focused banking model.
• Strong ability to prospect and grow a corporate customer base.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis and credit processes.
• Experience in risk assessments in a banking context.
• Ability to collaborate with professional advisers and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of existing and new customers through active prospecting and referrals.
• Build understanding of the local business market and maintain relationships with firms and introducers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s product offerings and tailor solutions.
• Articulate Handelsbanken’s culture and decentralised operating model to clients, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end credit processes including financial analysis, lending proposals and credit assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure customers receive Handelsbanken’s full service offering.
• Operate within the bank’s risk management framework and escalate concerns as required.
