Zusammenfassung

Arguile in London is seeking a dedicated Commercial Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts valued in the 200mil+ region. This senior role is based in London with hybrid working and occasional travel to London up to 2 days per week.

You will lead on contract risk identification, drafting and maintenance, and work closely with finance, operations and technical specialists to ensure compliance and profitable delivery.

Aufgaben

• Identify risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure business understands potential impact.
• Review, draft, update and maintain contract documents.
• Monitor and report performance and compliance against contractual obligations including commercial performance and financial management.
• Work with contract delivery teams to ensure change management is in line with contracts.
• Report on progress of change requests and projects.
• Review contract performance, assess commercial risks and ensure appropriate steps to manage risk.
• Prevent and resolve contractual disputes.
• Ensure adherence to Group Commercial Policy.
• Support client engagement teams in all commercial aspects to achieve orders, profit and cash budget.

Our client, an international business, currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Contract Manager to lead on a portfolio of contracts in the 200mil+ region. This is a unique opportunity, looking for a senior commercial professional who is keen to progress to the next level of their career.

The company have a long and successful history of delivering large projects to various private and public sectors clients.

You will:

• Identify the risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.


• Review, draft, update and maintain contract documents


• Monitor and report performance and compliance against contractual obligations including commercial performance, financial management and contract management


• Work with the contract delivery teams to ensure that the management of change request process and change implementation is carried out in line with the contracts.


• Report on progress of change requests and projects


• Review contract performance, assessing commercial risks and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage the risk


• Prevent and resolve contractual disputes


• Assuring adherence to Group Commercial Policy


• Supporting the client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve the orders, profit and cash budget and overall management of the Client relationship.


• Support the delivery streams who are responsible for the delivery of projects and provide clear direction working with the client engagement team.


• This is not a sales role

The person:

• Experience of working in a pre contract signature environment.


• Experience of working closely with finance, operations and technical specialists.


• Sector experience is not essential.
