Job summary

Client is seeking a Contracts Negotiator in London to support end-to-end contracting across procurement, vendor relations, and commercial negotiations. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements with emphasis on technology, security, and data privacy terms.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams, manage risk assessments, resolve disputes, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts in procurement, sourcing, or commercial legal settings.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing tech is desirable.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision.
• Understanding of contract law, data security and privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation & Management - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements, including technology, security, and data privacy terms.
• Risk & Legal Assessment - Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Dispute Resolution - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues efficiently and preserve relationships.
• Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements throughout contracting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Legal, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to align strategies.
• Contract Lifecycle Oversight - Manage agreements from intake to execution using contract management tools.
