Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Severn Beach team. You will act as the primary commercial contracts partner to the Sales team, handling day-to-day contract matters, negotiating NDAs, and driving governance and risk controls.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales and senior leadership to optimise contract processes, support tender activity and ensure compliance with internal DoA frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience drafting and evaluating contractual documents.
• Experience working with an in-house legal function.
• Exposure to regulated, international or technology-led environments.

Aufgaben

• Review and report on standard sales contracts in line with approved templates and processes.
• Draft, negotiate, and report on NDAs and third-party NDA arrangements; manage renewal alerts.
• Agree contract amendments, extensions, variations and customer correspondence.
• Support Sales during contract negotiations and advise on contract structure and risk thresholds.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including execution, renewals and record keeping.
• Support Channel Partner management, due diligence, ESPDs and onboarding processes.
