Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator in Bristol. This contract role focuses on contract management support across regions, coordinating commercial requirements and working with Order Management, Customer Management and CRM teams to ensure smooth processes.

The role involves cross‑functional collaboration to resolve terms, ensure accurate orders, and deliver excellent service while supporting the sales organization in a dynamic, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial environment similar to OIPT.
• Experience working with Order Entry systems and software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications; familiarity with MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse terms of customer contracts for commercial requirements, liaise with internal departments and escalate risks.
• Assist processing customer orders for multiple regions, ensuring accuracy of product, price and delivery details.
• Provide regional support for customer management, inquiries, objections and complaints through to resolution with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal and various functions to ensure compliance and clear communication of contract terms and obligations.
