Job summary

Camino Partners Ltd in Central London is seeking a Contracts Executive to draft, review, and negotiate client-facing agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, and NDAs across UK and EEA jurisdictions.

You will liaise with Compliance, Sales, Finance and Delivery to ensure flow-down obligations are clear, monitor key dates, and provide guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle in a contract-driven recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating client agreements in recruitment.
• Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and flow-down obligations.
• Experience in a contract-driven recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client-facing agreements across UK/EEA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Compliance to align contracts with operations.
• Monitor contract dates, renewals, and provide reporting on milestones.
• Support clients with contractual guidance during engagement lifecycle.
