Working with the Projects team, you will negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractual risks and administer contracts from tender to completion, including NEC4 and IChemE frameworks. This role involves overseeing multiple high-value contracts simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction or engineering contracts management.
• Experience with NEC4 and IChemE contracts.
• Proven negotiation skills on tenders, variations and claims.
• Experience managing post-award contracts and change control.
• Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts simultaneously.
