Job summary

Cornerstone seeks a Contract Manager to drive the successful implementation, delivery, and management of PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS contracts across the UK. You will ensure SLA compliance, commercial performance, and revenue growth while managing risk and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.

Qualifications

3–5 years in contract management within telecoms, infrastructure, technology, or related sectors.
Experience managing complex contracts through full lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of active PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS contracts.
Evaluate contract proposals and provide recommendations aligned with business strategy.
Develop and implement contract lifecycle management strategies.
Oversee contract implementation to ensure deliverables meet timelines and terms.
Manage amendments, variations, renewals and extensions per policy and law.
Resolve disputes and facilitate contract modifications as needed.
Maintain accurate contract records and governance processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and commitments.
Prepare reports on performance, revenue generation, and compliance.
Support governance, safety, environmental, and information security commitments.
