Job summary

Project People is seeking a Contracts Manager for Theale to own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts in the telecommunications and infrastructure space. The role focuses on delivering strong commercial performance, managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, and mitigating risks across PaaS, IaaS and CaaS contracts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA/KPI adherence, support negotiations, and drive revenue growth through contract optimization and governance.

• Experience in end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from implementation through renewals, extensions and amendments.
• Monitor SLA, KPI and commercial performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks.
• Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution and governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technical, Operations and Account Management teams.
• Analyse contract data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
