Job summary

Project People is seeking a Contracts Manager for Theale to own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts in the telecommunications and infrastructure space. The role focuses on delivering strong commercial performance, managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, and mitigating risks across PaaS, IaaS and CaaS contracts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA/KPI adherence, support negotiations, and drive revenue growth through contract optimization and governance.

We’re hiring: Contract Manager – Theale (3 days in office)

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a background in telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, technology, or a related sector?

We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sales & Commercial Team and take ownership of a portfolio of complex Power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.

This is a key role focused on managing the full contract lifecycle, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring SLA and KPI performance, mitigating commercial risk, and supporting revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing contracts from implementation through to renewals, extensions and amendments
• Monitoring SLA, KPI and commercial performance
• Building trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating contractual, commercial and operational risks
• Supporting contract negotiations, dispute resolution and governance
• Working closely with Legal, Finance, Technical, Operations and Account Management teams
• Analysing contract data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
