Defra Group seeks a Contract and Change Manager to support the Head of Contracts, Change and Improvements in managing shared services contractual arrangements. The role focuses on governance, supplier engagement, change management, audit and assurance, and ensuring obligations are met across the shared services portfolio.

You will work with suppliers, the Framework Authority, Defra Group organisations and government partners to lead activity that supports operation and evolution of the shared

Qualifications

• Experience in contract governance and supplier engagement.
• Ability to coordinate contract change management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Experience in contract audits and assurance activities.

Responsabilités

• Uphold and enhance contract management across shared services arrangements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead management of contractual change through RFC processes, aligning with business requirements and priorities.
• Negotiate with stakeholders, suppliers and the Framework Authority to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate contract audit and assurance activities and address audit findings.
• Collaborate with Defra groups to understand new business requirements and implications.
