Job summary

Defra Group relies on a diverse shared services model and requires a Contract and Change Manager to support the Head of Contracts, Change and Improvements. You will focus on contract governance, supplier engagement, change management, audit and assurance, ensuring obligations are managed across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and ability to operate across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in contract governance, supplier management and change management would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of audit and assurance activities within a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enhance contract management across shared services arrangements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead management of contractual change, RFC process, negotiations and alignment to business requirements and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate contract audit and assurance activities, ensuring governance and action closure.
