The Shared Services team ensures contractual obligations are effectively managed and future business requirements are aligned with strategic aims.

As Contract and Change Manager, you will support the Head of Contracts, Change and Improvements in managing Defra Group\'s shared services contracts with a focus on contract governance,

Qualifications

• Strong governance of contracts and supplier relationships.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder change programmes.
• Knowledge of audit and assurance in contract management.
• Ability to operate across multiple workstreams with government partners.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enhance contract management across shared services arrangements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead RFC change processes, coordinating stakeholders to assess and implement contractual changes.
• Negotiate and balance priorities between stakeholders, suppliers and the Framework Authority.
• Coordinate contract audit and assurance activities and respond to audit findings.
