Defra Group is seeking a Contract and Change Manager to support the Head of Contracts, Change and Improvements in managing shared services contracts. You will lead governance, RFCs, supplier negotiations and audits, working with Group Corporate Services and wider government partners to deliver strategic objectives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial insight and the ability to navigate complex governance structures across multiple workstreams.

Formación

• Extensive contract governance and supplier management experience.
• Proven change management and contract change processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract governance and RFC processes across shared services.
• Coordinate contract audits, assurance work and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal groups and suppliers to align contracts with business needs.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and governance frameworks.
