Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy is seeking a Content Strategy Director to lead groundbreaking content strategies for major clients in a creator-first world. You’ll advise on scope, timelines and product fit while guiding teams and influencing campaigns beyond standard RTBs.

Responsibilities

Devise strategy for client briefs that push creator-led advertising.
Identify human truths to build innovative creative concepts.
Produce inspiring briefs with clear direction and human insights.
Provide dedicated strategic leadership to key clients and run inspiration sessions.
Attend kick-offs to advise on scope, timelines, and relevant products/services.
Close the learning loop on campaign performance to explain results.
Shape strategic processes and frameworks that differentiate the agency.
Contribute to thought leadership through articles, posts and events.
