Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy is looking for an experienced Senior Creative in London to help brands connect with audiences through influencers and creators. You will shape concepts, lead the creative process, and inspire the team across multi-brand campaigns.

The role requires turning ideas into executions, mentoring junior creatives, and maintaining a strong client relationship culture. A passion for creator-driven marketing and social platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social and creator/influencer campaigns.
• Ability to convert culture into compelling ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with creatives and share learnings across the agency.
• Experience working with Strategists, Client leads, Producers and Finance Managers.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing landscape and roles of agencies.
• Knowledge of creators/influencers and continuous learning in this space.
• Good knowledge of social/digital media channels, including niche platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop original ideas for the largest and most complex briefs across marketing channels powered by influencers and creators.
• Craft initial ideas into polished executions.
• Develop talkable creative ideas for content, gifting, events and established marketing forms.
• Work across multiple brands, audiences, and markets.
• Act as a creative lead through all stages from briefing to production and final delivery, guiding junior creatives.
• Structure and present presentations with narrative, content references and impactful slide design.
