Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to lead large, complex paid enablement engagements and accelerate client implementations. You will audit systems, provide strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and drive change management with a focus on optimizing recruiting workflows.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to deliver actionable recommendations, document best practices, and oversee multiple projects from start to finish in a remote-first, globally distributed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions.
Experience building internal programs and process improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication; assertive, strategic and thoughtful.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Work strategically with our largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows and recruiting strategies.
Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.
Oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently.
Partner with customers to educate, advise, and facilitate changes based on recommendations.
Engage in change management and evangelism; conduct account/workflow audits with detailed recommendations.
