Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking a Consultant Project Manager to lead project management commissions within our Real Estate team. You will serve as the primary client interface, ensuring projects are delivered to time and cost targets with the required quality.

The role involves strategic advice at conception, establishing success criteria, planning, governance, and cross-functional leadership. A degree in a relevant discipline is desirable, with proven construction project experience

Qualifications

Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management commissions.
Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
Project management tasks include advising at conception, establishing success criteria, planning for quality/ safety/ environment, governance, detailed project plans, resource procurement, cross-functional leadership, KPI-based performance improvement, change control, project finances, information flow, reporting, and client/consultant interfaces.
