Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is expanding its Real Estate team and seeking project management professionals to deliver construction and refurbishment schemes. You will lead commissions, act as the primary client interface, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Responsibilities include strategic advising at conception, defining success criteria, planning, governance, and cross‑functional leadership to drive project performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions and end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Be the key day‑to‑day client interface ensuring objectives are met and projects delivered on time and to budget and quality standards.
• Advise on strategic approaches at project conception and establish success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance).
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Oversee procurement of resources and lead cross‑functional project teams.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change, finances and reporting to clients.
