Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to deliver construction and refurbishment schemes in the Retail sector. You will lead commissions end-to-end and act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met, with projects delivered on time and to budget.

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline is desirable; proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects (essential) in a consultancy environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
• Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
• Project planning and governance, monitoring finances and reporting progress to the client and consultants.
