Qualifications

• Experience managing bids within construction or built environment.
• Understanding of construction tender and procurement processes.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage several bids.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from tender review to submission.
• Develop bid programmes, strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate contributions from estimating, commercial, design and operations.
• Review tender requirements and ensure compliant submissions.
• Lead the production of written submissions, presentations and documents.
• Coordinate input from supply-chain partners and external consultants.
• Support presentations, interviews and post-tender clarification meetings.
• Maintain bid information and CRM records; review and capture feedback.
