Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from review to submission.
• Develop bid programmes, strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate contributions from estimating, commercial, design, operations and other teams.
• Review tender requirements to ensure full compliance.
• Lead production of written submissions, presentations and supporting documents.
• Develop clear, compelling responses to client requirements with the wider team.
• Coordinate input from supply-chain partners and external consultants when required.
• Support presentations, interviews and post-tender clarifications.
• Maintain bid pipeline and CRM records for traceability.
• Review completed bids and capture feedback to improve future submissions.
