Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Global Conference Financial Strategy & Operations to support Conference Production teams with monthly expense forecasting for 50+ conferences. You will evaluate trends to plan future events and drive the global budgeting process.

The role requires a process-driven, analytical mindset, ability to multi-task, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment. Travel to conferences is approximately 10%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of conference or event management experience.
• Proven budgeting and financial controls skills.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, comfortable in complex spreadsheets.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial forecast and assess P&L to protect global conference margins.
• Develop and implement budget processes and templates for the global team.
• Create projection tools and analyze key conference metrics for portfolio growth.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Sales and Research.
• Provide training and manuals to standardize budgeting processes across teams.
• Travel onsite to conferences about 10% of the time.
