Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Reward Partner to shape and deliver a competitive reward proposition. You will govern internal SOX controls, lead annual salary and bonus cycles, and partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and senior leaders to design pay strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

The role covers benchmarking, job architecture, pension projects, and compliance with reward-related legislation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward structures.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and pay governance.
• Experience delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, data-driven advice on compensation and reward policies to senior stakeholders and HR leadership.
• Support the development and execution of the organisation’s reward strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Ensure fair, equitable, and consistent pay decisions across the organisation.
