Job summary

GIOS Technology Limited in Reading is seeking a Compensation & Reward Lead to design and oversee our global pay framework. This hybrid role combines strategic development with hands-on governance of salary structures, incentive schemes and benchmarking.

You will lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, drive annual pay reviews, and ensure compliance with gender pay gap reporting and audit requirements across domestic and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in compensation and reward management, including salary structures, pay frameworks, allowances and incentive schemes.
• Proven experience with annual pay review processes and market benchmarking to ensure competitive packages.
• Knowledge of reward strategy, compensation policies, variable pay and employee remuneration frameworks.
• Experience with gender pay gap reporting, compensation analytics and audit/compliance.
