Job summary

IFS is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to oversee compensation activities across the organisation, ensuring consistent frameworks and governance. You will advise on salary structures, market benchmarking, annual reviews, bonuses, and job architecture while coordinating with brokers and survey providers.

You’ll support EU pay transparency readiness and maintain data to ensure internal equity and compliance across markets within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Solid compensation experience in a global organisation.
• Knowledge of market benchmarking, salary structures, pay equity and governance.
• Strong analytical capability with Excel and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation delivery including pay decisions and governance.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges and market data.
• Support annual salary review and bonus planning processes.
• Contribute to compensation governance, reporting and compliance tasks.
• Coordinate with brokers or survey providers for benchmarking outputs.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on salary positioning and internal equity.
