Sanderson Government & Defence seeks a Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to shape the Digital Wing narrative and drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy across the organisation. You will ensure leadership and stakeholders understand not only what is delivered, but why it matters and how it contributes to future outcomes.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, create stakeholder engagement plans, and produce leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering corporate communications strategies.
• Ability to plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to create executive briefs and key messages.
• Experience in event and engagement planning and delivery.
• Proven capability to develop compelling communications content.

Responsibilities

• Develop programme communications strategy to support the Digital Wing.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans and timelines.
• Produce leadership briefings and communications for senior audiences.
• Support change and adoption activities across the programme.
• Coordinate announcements and updates to stakeholders and media where required.
• Develop communication materials and artefacts for the programme.
• Manage branding and narrative consistency across communications.
• Support showcase activities and measure communication effectiveness.
