Agratas – A Tata Enterprise in Oxford is seeking a Communications Manager to lead external communications, PR and storytelling across corporate, site and community narratives. You will partner with the Community Engagement Manager and site teams to amplify local and regional stories to national audiences, while aligning with the wider corporate narrative.

The role requires travel to Somerset and India, with a focus on building proactive media relations, managing digital channels, and guiding

Formación

• Strong experience in corporate or external communications, PR or a related communications role.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
• Strong media relations experience and sound editorial judgement.
• Experience managing digital and social channels and integrated campaigns.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating complex information into clear communications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the external communications and PR strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build a pipeline of corporate, technology, people, site, community and business stories.
• Lead media activity for major milestones with relevant leads.
• Draft and oversee press releases, statements, briefings and Q&As.
• Advise senior leaders and prepare spokespeople for external engagements.
• Shape and embed the brand strategy reflecting our tone of voice.
• Set strategic direction for corporate social channels and oversee website content.
• Partner with Community Engagement on local and regional communications.
• Lead communications for external events, recruitment campaigns and partnerships.
• Support crisis and issues communications planning and delivery.
