Job summary

Hireful Ltd is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead the charity's communications during maternity leave. You will shape strategic messaging, drive campaigns and elevate voices with lived experience across digital channels.

This senior role requires a writer with strong stakeholder skills and a track record in social justice communications. It is a hybrid position with 2–3 days on site in West/SW London and occasional national travel.

Qualifications

• Senior communications, PR or marketing leadership with proven strategy experience.
• Exceptional writing and relationship-building skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience or understanding of social justice sectors and inclusive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic communications plans and KPI-aligned evaluation.
• Manage digital platforms, social media and content to grow engagement.
• Protect and develop brand identity and produce accessible materials.
