All We Can is seeking a Head of Communications (Maternity Cover) to lead strategic communications during a key growth phase. The role is hybrid, primarily home-based with occasional London office presence, reporting to the Public Engagement Team.

You'll drive brand development, supporter engagement, digital storytelling, and crisis communications while championing ethical narratives across multi-channel campaigns with local and international partners.

• Strong understanding of brand management and audience engagement.
• Experience managing digital communications across multiple channels.
• Experience using insight and performance data to improve communications.
