Job summary

London & Partners in London is seeking a Communications Executive to support the Senior Communications Manager, delivering communications that engage external audiences and build the organisation’s reputation. You’ll help craft copy, plan content, and manage corporate channels to showcase London’s growth narrative.

You will work across newsletters, the website, and social media, coordinating with other teams and contributing to flagship outputs such as the annual Impact Report.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication for websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Able to map stakeholders and manage contacts using Salesforce CRM.
• Plan content for corporate channels and coordinate with teams.
• Create engaging copy and support annual reports and other outputs.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder mapping and engagement: identify key stakeholders and build contact databases in Salesforce.
• Content planning for corporate channels and collaboration with other teams.
• Content creation: copywriting for newsletters, website and social media; support annual Impact Report.
• Channel management: monitor social media and website; contribute to team projects; identify reputational risks.
• Finance/admin tasks: use financial systems to raise Purchase Orders and review spending.
