Job summary

Premier is expanding its London team and seeks an Account Director to own high-level corporate communications for a diverse client portfolio. You will drive strategic thinking and day-to-day delivery with senior clients, shaping reputation and delivering sophisticated media, executive profiling and digital campaigns.

The role offers leadership opportunities, potential for growth, and a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate communications and reputation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and profiling executives.
• Digital communications experience across LinkedIn, content, video or new media.
• Interest in using AI creatively within communications.
• Proven new business and pitching experience.
• Line management or mentoring experience.
• Experience in larger networks or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Shape corporate reputation and communications strategies.
• Deliver high-level media relations and executive profiling campaigns.
• Build executive and brand presence on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop creative content, video and new-media campaigns.
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
• Line manage junior team members and support their development.
