Job summary

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a Communications and Collaboration Lead to unite people, information and ideas across the Trust. You will craft engaging communications, coordinate projects and events, and support schools with their communications needs.

You will work closely with the Head of Communications and Collaboration to deliver high‑quality internal comms, maintain platforms, and enable colleagues to collaborate effectively across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative and proactive approach to content and engagement.
• Able to build relationships with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging internal communications for schools and Trust colleagues.
• Produce newsletters and bulletins from planning to distribution.
• Coordinate network bulletins and ensure content accessibility.
• Manage internal channels, mailing lists and digital tools.
• Support schools with communications templates and guidance.
• Use engagement data to improve communications.
• Convey the Trust’s priorities clearly across GLT.
• Plan and deliver Trust conferences and events.
