Job summary

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking an Interim Senior School Improvement Lead to work with our Directors of Education and Assistant Directors to raise standards, strengthen leadership and develop teaching and curriculum across our schools. The role focuses on rapid improvement, leadership development and data-guided planning.

The post involves collaboration with Headteachers and leadership teams, driving professional development, sharing best practice, and contributing to Trust-wide improvement

Qualifications

Experienced educational leader with a track record of improving teaching and outcomes.
Strong ability to develop leaders and coaches to sustain improvements.
Skilled at using data to identify priorities and action steps, and to inform progress.

Responsibilities

Support schools through periods of rapid improvement with expert guidance.
Lead professional development and networks across secondary schools.
Work with heads and leadership teams to strengthen leadership at all levels.
Contribute to cross-phase projects and Trust-wide improvement initiatives.
Develop and share effective practice across Greenshaw Learning Trust.
Provide credible challenge to secure sustainable improvement and improved outcomes.
