Alzheimer’s Research UK in Cambridge seeks a strategic leader to oversee commercialisation across its research portfolio. You will identify opportunities, monitor outcomes, and drive translational pathways to impact patients and society.

You will build governance processes, engage with universities and TTOs, and support proof-of-concept investments while aligning with ARUK’s mission and funding programmes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, business, innovation management or a related field.
• Experience in research commercialisation, technology transfer, business development, innovation management or related field.
• Understanding of IP, licensing, spin-out creation and translational pathways.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercialisation oversight across ARUK's research portfolio.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor emergence and progression of translational outputs.
• Monitor spin-outs, licensing, partnerships and other translational activities.
• Analyse and prioritise opportunities based on scientific merit, strategic alignment, potential patient benefit and readiness.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
